2. Prepare your resume and portfolio

Tailor your resume to the role, highlighting your key strengths and experience. Designers, don’t forget to include your portfolio—show us your range and creative problem-solving. Freshers, focus on your understanding of design principles and tools.

3. Apply

Take the next step and apply! Once you're ready, fill out the application form and attach your resume and portfolio.A thoughtful application helps us understand your strengths and how you might contribute to our team.

4. Interviews

If your application stands out, you’ll proceed through a series of evaluations to demonstrate your skills:
- A role-specific assignment to showcase skills
- A technical interview to discuss your work and expertise
- A cultural interview to explore alignment with our values and team dynamics

5. Selection & Onboarding

Our hiring team will communicate our decision following the interviews.If selected, we’ll guide you through onboarding and help you settle into your role. If not, we encourage you to keep honing your skills and reapply after three months.
